Boston Recycling Program - Residents no longer have to separate paper and cardboard from cans and bottles. Instead, they may mix all recyclable materials together in onelarge container. Learn more on the City of Boston recycling website.

Bike Permit - If a resident plans to store a bike in the storage room, a bike permit request must be sent to the management office to optain a sticker.

EZ Pass Tobin Resident Program - Qualified residents of Charlestown and Chelsea can use the Tobin Memorial Bridge for a discounted toll of $0.30. Residents will need to requalify on an annual basis to preserve your Resident Discount. To learn more go to the EZ Pass Website.
